Product Return Procedures
All product being returned (whether defective or otherwise) must have an approved Return Authorization number written clearly on the outside of the shipping box and not on the product box. Any product returned without this number will be refused. If product is received without an approved RA, you will be notified and have 24 hours to respond or product will be disposed of and no credits will be issued.

To Obtain an RA for Non-Defective Product
We will not issue and RA for non defective product on orders over 60 days from the invoice date. Non-Defective items may be returned at purchasers expense and restocking fee of 15% will be charged back to the credit amount and less $5.00 shipping. We grant credit for returns only if the product and the packaging are in resalable condition.
